Surat is known as the diamond city of the world, situated on tha bank of Tapi River. Surat is a hub for diamond cutting and polishing. It is referred as diamond city because 90 percent of the world’s diamonds are polished here.  Once known for silk weaving, still remains a commercial center for textiles. 

Bhimpore is a Locality in Surat City.  Sultanabad, Kadifalia, Gaviyer, Vanta Gam, Abhva are the nearby Localities to Bhimpore. Navsari, Valsad, Ankleshwar are the nearby Cities to Surat. It is near to Arabian Sea and Dumas beach is 5 k.m. and 11 minutes away. Postal head is Dumas.
