Pallu Devi website is dedicated to Pallu Mata as she is the Kuldevi for many families in India. The purpose of the site is to provide devotees of Mataji all the information that is required when they visit Brahmani Mata temple for Pooja. It goes into aspects such as brief history of the place and the temple, the exact location and how to reach there, where to stay and the best time to visit the temple.
Pallu Mata is the kuldevi of our family and after visiting the temple on a few occasions, I decided to create this website dedicated to Mataji. In the process, I discovered that there were other Brahmani Mata temples that were spread across the country and I decided to add information on these temples too.
Some of these temples are part of our rich heritage and we hope to add more information as an when her devotees submit it to us. This website will serve as central point of information for her devotees and also for research scholars. A special section is devoted to the Italian archeologist Tessitori who did so much to understand the rich heritage of Rajasthan.
I am the main editor of a Hindi Health website called hi.medindia.net. My husband supported me in putting up this site. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mrs. Kavita Shroff for editing the English version and for the technical support to Mr. Sanker and for designing the banners to Mr. Suresh. As I added the pages on various temples, I felt very blessed and I do hope her devotees will find this centralised information useful.
